Add the home or homes
Give each location a short label like "Mum's house" or "Flat 2" and its postcode, so on-site checks know where to expect scans.

Add your carers' names
Enter the names of the carers who visit. These are the only names that can be picked when checking in.

Print and place the QR code
Each location gets its own QR code. Print it and put it where carers will see it on arrival.
