Is the 30-day trial really free?

Yes. No card is needed to sign up, and every feature on both plans is unlocked during the trial. If you don't add a card by day 30, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.

The Family plan (£4.99 a month) is for a family keeping an eye on a relative's care, with up to 3 named carers and 3 homes. The Care Agency plan (£49 a month) is for agencies, with unlimited carers, up to 100 client locations, unlimited visit schedules and Excel reports.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No. There's no setup fee and no minimum term. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for and then stops. Your visit records are kept on your account, so they come back if you subscribe again.

Do invited family members or staff cost extra?

No. Both plans include unlimited invited users.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move from the Family plan to the Care Agency plan from your billing page whenever you need more carers or locations.
